Contact support

Email mayasuryadeva@gmail.com with your device model, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private authentication codes.

Subscriptions and purchases

Use Restore Purchases in Maya Surya settings if an active subscription is not recognized.
On Apple devices, manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google; Maya Surya does not receive complete card information.

Account access

If Apple, Google, or email sign-in fails, confirm that the device is online and that its date and time are automatic. Restart the app and try again. If the problem continues, contact us with the displayed error message.

Apple Watch synchronization

Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled and open Maya Surya on the paired iPhone once after installation. The watch calculates its foreground astronomical clock locally and uses the phone to synchronize preferences and location fallback.

Delete an account

Account deletion is available inside Maya Surya settings. You can also review the account deletion instructions. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription.
